By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms
To use Nova Notary’s Online services:

- By booking an appointment, you accept these Terms in full.

Scope of Notary Services
We provide:

Legal Compliance
All notarizations follow Florida Statutes Chapter 117, and our notaries are fully commissioned in the State of Florida.
We reserve the right to refuse any notarization that violates state or federal law.
Appointments, Payments & Refunds

- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

- Travel fees apply if outside our 5-mile service radius.
Communication & Marketing Consent
By using our services, you agree that Nova Notary Online may:

You may opt in or opt out of marketing emails or SMS at any time by emailing us or replying “STOP” to SMS messages.

Limitations of Liability
Nova Notary Online is not liable for:
