To use Nova Notary Online’s services:

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • By booking an appointment, you accept these Terms in full.

Legal Compliance

All notarizations follow Florida Statutes Chapter 117, and our notaries are fully commissioned in the State of Florida.

We reserve the right to refuse any notarization that violates state or federal law.

Appointments, Payments & Refunds

  • Services are by appointment only.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
  • Refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for refund guidelines.
  • Travel fees apply if outside our 5-mile service radius.

By using our services, you agree that Nova Notary Online may:
